Life is a marathon, not a sprint, so the idea of jumping from workout fad to workout fad just isn't helping you in the long-run. Find something that you can make a habit that is sustainable and effective.

I am a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), and have a Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology and Cardiac Rehabilitation from Northeastern Illinois University. My philosophy is to provide a full body workout that is safe, easy to comprehend, challenging enough to see results and efficient for your busy lives. I call it HOME SWEAT HOME.

You can do all these workouts in very small work spaces, if you're short on time they are 30 min long or less. Exercises are efficient compound strength training moves working multiple muscle groups at one time all with your online fitness trainer, Alisa Mallinger, MS in Exercise Physiology and Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist through NASM Try it!
